At Heybike Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your performance needs, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include all manuals, accessories, and promotional materials provided.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
